The OITB 6M meeting of the LightMe project took place in Lisbon, Portugal on the 1st and 2nd of July hosted by ISQ and EWF, core partners of the LightMe consortium. The main target of the LightMe project is the establishment of the Non-Profit Organization (NPO) that will be created during the progress of the project in order to promote technologies in the field of lightweight composite metals and alloys.
Upgrades of the Pilot Lines operating within the project and progress in all work
packages were presented.
A first round of discussions aimed at defining the base of the NPO to be founded in
the upcoming months. Moreover, bilateral and group discussions took place in order
to determine project needs, address possible issues that may emerge and define the
future steps and work plans.
